How it works

Pay for a shop order by card or any other payment method. Cashback is worked out on what you pay for the goods, after any discount, without shipping and tax.
It waits for the returns window
Your cashback shows under My cashback straight away. Once the order is delivered, it is paid 14 days later.
Coins land in your wallet
We let you know when it is paid. Spend the coins like any others in your wallet.
Good to know
- Orders paid with wallet coins, a gift card balance included, don't earn cashback.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, its cashback is too. Cashback already paid for it is taken back from your wallet.
